In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Members may request withdrawals of cleared real-money funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

General Bonus Conditions:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unfulfilled bonuses) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times.
